Kirtiraj Jeera Papad - 100 G

Kirtiraj Jeera Papad are thin, crisp urad-dal wafers lightly seasoned with cumin to give a warm, aromatic flavour. They deliver a light, brittle crunch and a toasty roasted note when cooked. Traditionally served as an accompaniment to rice, dal or biryani, they also make a quick appetizer with chutney or can be broken over chaat and salads for extra texture. Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container and cook (roast, fry or microwave) according to package instructions just before serving to retain crispness.
