Terms of Service

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Account registration. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it updated, safeguard your password, accept responsibility for activity under your account, and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Prohibited activities. You agree not to use the service unlawfully, infringe others' rights, transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, use automated scraping without permission, impersonate others, or resell products without authorization.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order — for reasons including availability, pricing or information errors, or suspected fraud.

• All prices are in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice; we may correct pricing errors.
• Applicable taxes are added at checkout; shipping is calculated by destination.
• Payment is due at the time of order and is processed securely through Stripe.
• One coupon per order; coupons cannot be combined, have no cash value, and expired coupons cannot be honored.

We offer local delivery in the Chicago area and nationwide shipping across the United States; some products are available for local delivery only. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but not guaranteed — we are not liable for carrier, weather, or other delays beyond our control. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

Because we sell food products, we maintain a limited return policy. Full details — including what's eligible, non-returnable items, and how refunds are processed — are on our Returns & Refunds page.

We strive for accurate descriptions, images, and information, but do not warrant that all content is error-free. While we provide allergen information when available, it is your responsibility to review product labels and ingredients — we process products in facilities that may also handle allergens. Consult your healthcare provider if you have severe allergies.

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of E Indian Grocery or its suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access at any time, without notice, if you breach these terms. You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved, through binding arbitration in Chicago, Illinois under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes we'll provide at least 30 days' notice. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
