Shan Haleem Masala 1.75 OZ (50 G)

Shan Haleem Masala is a ready-to-use spice blend formulated to season haleem and other slow-cooked, porridge-like meat and grain dishes. It delivers a warm, savory and aromatic profile with a fine, powdery texture that blends smoothly into stews and dals. Use it while simmering haleem, to deepen the flavour of meat stews, soups or lentil porridges, or as a base for marinades and braises. Store the packet in a cool, dry place and keep it tightly sealed; follow the package directions for quantity and timing in recipes.
