SWEJ Bajri Flour is a shelf-stable pearl millet (bajri) flour with a mild, nutty and slightly earthy flavor and a fine-to-medium texture. It’s commonly used to make dense, hearty flatbreads such as rotla or bhakri, as well as porridges, pancakes and multigrain batters. Because millet contains no gluten, doughs tend to be more fragile and often benefit from hot-water mixing or combining with a binder or another flour for pliability. Store in a cool, dry place; once opened, keep sealed and refrigerate or freeze for longer shelf life.
