Handwo (Handva) flour is a ready-mix flour blend packaged for making the traditional Gujarati savory cake called handvo. When prepared into a batter it yields a moist, tender interior with a slightly crisp or golden exterior, and is commonly used for steamed or pan-cooked savory cakes and pancakes.
