Deep Idli Rava - 2 lbs

Deep Idli Rava is a coarsely ground rice product made for preparing traditional steamed idlis. It has a mild, neutral rice flavor and a grainy, absorbent texture that soaks and ferments well to produce light, fluffy idlis. Commonly used as the rice component in idli batter and in other South Indian breakfast preparations, it can be blended with lentil batter or used in quick steamed cakes.
